Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery, as indicated by courier tracking.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before processing or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling
- Items returned without prior approval
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Items must be returned in a single shipment
- Returns must originate from the same country where the order was delivered
- Return shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- A trackable shipping method must be used
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The following evidence is required:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer and inner packaging
- A short video clearly showing the issue (where applicable)
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
For approved cases, a full refund or replacement will be issued, and all applicable costs will be covered by us.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Required photos or videos
Step 2: Upon approval, you will receive return authorization, instructions, and the designated return address.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Processing

Processing time is 7–14 business days after receipt.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed defective or incorrect items.
